please note that the customer has to take care of the return costs.
please choose your order with care, so as to reduce our strain on the environment with any returns. however, if you do need to return an item, we are happy to help you with return or exchange requests. for a return, your order must be in its original condition and returned within 14 days. the costs of return are paid by the customer.
Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.
Return & Exchange Process
please follow the steps below:
1. send an email to care@cocomanolo.com within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know whether you wish to exchange or return the item. please state your order number and tell us the reason for your return. please confirm that all items are unworn and in their original packaging.
2. we will send you the return form via email with a return authorisation number for you to fill out and email back to our customer service team.
3. once we have received your complete return papers, we will provide you with our return address. please only send the package back to the return address we have provided.
Return Policy

- all items must be returned within 14 days.
- products must be in original condition including the original packaging of the dust bag and in a protective shipping box.
- any products that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards.
- the costs of return are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the original payment.
- the customer is responsible for the return package until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.
- please note that sales items cannot be returned.
